Lead accounting and financial operations for the New York facility, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, audits, AR/AP, cash flow, bank and loan management. Partner with operations to improve processes and reporting, manage grant activities, coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals, and provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.

Set up and operate CNC and manual machines to fabricate, modify, and remanufacture precision parts from mechanical drawings. Perform calibration, maintenance, and repairs; measure parts with micrometers and other precision tools; machine metals and composites (including threading); maintain clean, safe work area and report safety issues; work with minimal supervision in a shipyard/ship repair environment.
