Drafts and negotiates EPC, LNTP, pre-construction, equipment supply, lien waiver, and other construction agreements for renewable energy projects. Advises on procurement, warranties, delivery, tariffs, trade restrictions, change-in-law, regulatory issues, and contractual risk allocation. Partners with development, construction, project management, procurement, finance, and senior management teams to support project execution and resolve legal issues across solar and energy storage projects.

Supports payroll, compensation, benefits, HRIS, immigration, and broader Human Capital operations. Responsibilities include payroll reconciliations, benefits administration, compensation analysis, HRIS reporting and data integrity, immigration case coordination, onboarding and offboarding, employee support, and cross-functional projects. The role partners with Finance and global HR teams while handling confidential employee data and improving processes.

Ten-week interns support DESRI’s Business Operations, Recruiting, and Human Capital teams. Responsibilities may include improving firmwide processes, coordinating cross-functional projects, conducting candidate research and recruiting analytics, supporting interview programs and employer branding, contributing to employee programs and talent management, and developing actionable people or operational analyses. Interns collaborate with mentors and project managers, visit a renewable energy asset, and present their work at the end of the summer.
