The role creates scalable deployment processes and serves as the primary coordination point among customers, sales, engineering, and field teams.

Build and manage Destro AI’s outbound pipeline by prospecting target enterprise accounts, researching contacts, executing multichannel outreach, attending industry events, qualifying leads, scheduling high-quality founder calls, and tracking performance. The role focuses on third-party logistics companies, retailers, robotics, supply chain, and warehouse operations, requiring independent process development and metrics-driven execution in an early-stage environment.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Destro AI’s robotics intelligence platform, from prospecting through negotiation, close, and expansion. Develop Fortune 500 relationships, close six- and seven-figure deals, build executive-level ROI cases, navigate procurement and legal processes, and coordinate internal teams. Partner with company leadership to shape and scale the enterprise go-to-market strategy across industrial, logistics, and manufacturing customers.

Lead the consolidation of fragmented robotics services into a unified, scalable production platform. Establish architecture, version control, CI/CD, testing, OTA updates, observability, reliability practices, and customer-system integrations. Own production uptime and incident response while mentoring engineers, defining engineering standards, and eventually leading the software team.
