About Destro AI

Destro AI is building the intelligence layer for robotics - the system that tells robots and humans what to do across complex real-world operations.

Founded by former leaders from HAI Robotics, Dexterity, and Matic, Destro is built on a simple thesis: robotics has solved movement, but not decision-making.

At the core of Destro is MothershipOS - a centralized brain that coordinates robots, humans, and workflows in real time. Unlike traditional systems that rely on local intelligence on each robot, Destro brings global intelligence across the entire operation.

We recently closed our Seed round at one of the highest valuations for a robotics company at this stage, and are already working with large enterprise operators to deploy real systems in production environments.

About The RoleWe're hiring our Enterprise Sales Lead to own and drive Destro AI's enterprise go-to-market motion. This is a senior, high-ownership role for a proven closer who can open doors at the highest levels of Fortune 500 and enterprise-tier accounts, build the internal coalition needed to win, and carry complex, multi-stakeholder deals from first conversation to signed contract. You'll partner directly with Destro AI's leadership team on our most strategic pursuits and help define how a robotics company sells into the enterprise. This role requires being obsessed with the customer's problem: you'll spend real time on warehouse floors, not just in boardrooms, and should expect to travel extensively and be ready to get to a customer site whenever the deal calls for it.
What You'll Do
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle end to end, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, close, and expansion.
  • Generate your own pipeline through cold outbound, trade shows, and by building and nurturing relationships that turn into a first call.
  • Keep every deal moving; always have the next call on the calendar and know what has to happen to get there.
  • Learn each prospect's warehouse workflow in enough depth to spot where automation actually fits; this means being on-site, walking the floor, and understanding the operation firsthand rather than from a deck.
  • Work with the engineering team to scope and design simulations that model a prospect's specific operation.
  • Build ROI calculators and proposals from that simulation work, then take customer feedback back to the solutions engineers and iterate, sometimes more than once, until the numbers and the workflow both hold up.
  • Build proposal decks and investment decks for executive and procurement audiences.
  • Travel extensively to customer sites, ready on short notice to run workshops, walk warehouse floors, and keep deals on track.
  • Navigate customer procurement processes, including RFPs, legal review, and executive approval cycles, while keeping deal control and momentum.
  • Guide customers through the change management that comes with introducing robotics into a live operation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, including CFOs, COOs, and VP-level operations leaders.
  • Quarterback internal teams across engineering, solutions, and leadership to support each pursuit, while maintaining clear external deal leadership.
  • Partner with Destro AI's leadership team to shape and scale the enterprise go-to-market strategy, including sales methodology and forecasting.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a consistent track record of closing 7-figure deals.
  • Experience selling complex, consultative solutions such as capital equipment, RaaS, SaaS, or managed services into Fortune 500 or enterprise-tier industrial, logistics, or manufacturing organizations.
  • A skilled hunter who builds their own pipeline: comfortable with cold outbound, trade shows, and turning a first conversation into a qualified opportunity.
  • Genuinely obsessed with the customer's problem; you'd rather be on a warehouse floor understanding a workflow than in a conference room talking about it.
  • Deep familiarity with supply chain, warehouse, dock operations, or freight logistics; you can walk a facility and understand its workflow well enough to scope a solution.
  • Comfortable working closely with engineering and solutions teams to translate a customer's workflow into a simulation, and iterating on ROI models and proposals as customer feedback comes in.
  • Ability to run long, complex sales cycles without losing momentum, always keeping a next step and next call defined.
  • Fluency in enterprise procurement processes: RFPs, legal review, and executive approval cycles, without losing deal control.
  • Experience guiding customers through change management as new technology enters their operation.
  • Willing and able to travel extensively, including on short notice, to be at customer sites.
  • A natural collaborator who can quarterback internal teams while maintaining clear external deal leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Benefits
  • Competitive compensation
  • Equity / Stock Option Plan
  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
  • Executive visibility and direct partnership with Destro AI's leadership team on strategic pursuits
  • A genuine opportunity to shape the enterprise go-to-market motion at a category-defining robotics company
