The Director of Provider Performance will oversee performance strategies for providers, improve cost, quality, and access, and lead a team to achieve enterprise initiatives while managing executive relationships.

Support corporate governance and compliance by preparing entity formation and regulator filings, maintaining corporate records, drafting legal documents, performing legal research, preparing board materials, and collaborating with in-house and outside counsel on governance, regulatory, and litigation matters.

Lead development of AI systems that monitor and evaluate millions of member interactions, drive performance of high-volume voice and chat agents, and build coaching workflows and visualizations to improve frontline and AI agent outcomes. Embed with frontline teams, scale reusable frameworks across functions, and manage a small team of operators and agent builders to ensure adoption and impact.
