Manage and lead multidisciplinary stormwater, flood resilience, and water resources projects from planning and design through construction. The role provides expertise in railroad operations and maintenance, supports rail projects, prepares plans and reports, and performs quality-control reviews for compliance with AREMA, FTA, and FRA requirements. Responsibilities include work on freight and passenger rail facilities, collaboration with transportation agencies, business development support, and client communication.

Responsibilities include engineering calculations, drawings, fieldwork, technical reports, business development, mentoring junior engineers, and serving as a technical or project lead. The role requires coordination with applicable regulatory standards and may involve obtaining or maintaining professional engineering licensure.

Performs geospatial data management, analysis, visualization, and analytical modeling for government and commercial clients. Supports hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk reduction efforts using ArcGIS and Microsoft tools. Develops web, mobile, and desktop applications; tests, deploys, documents, and maintains solutions. This non-full-time, on-call role requires frequent travel and deployment to disaster recovery sites nationwide.
