Manage and lead multidisciplinary stormwater, flood resilience, and water resources projects from planning and design through construction. Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, develop infrastructure designs and construction documents, and serve as engineer of record. Lead project teams, client relationships, schedules, budgets, business development, proposal strategy, and pursuit activities across municipal, regional, and federal markets.

Leads electrical engineering design and project delivery for commercial, industrial, institutional, infrastructure, and rail projects. Responsibilities include designing power distribution, lighting, emergency power, fire alarm, lightning protection, and grounding systems; managing projects and multidisciplinary coordination; supporting construction; conducting site inspections; preparing drawings and specifications; interfacing with clients and utilities; and mentoring junior engineers.

Designs and manages mechanical and HVAC engineering projects, including boiler and chiller plants, HVAC systems, load calculations, energy modeling, BIM, drawings, specifications, equipment selection, code reviews, coordination, submittal reviews, site inspections, and construction support. The engineer coordinates project teams, manages schedules and budgets, interfaces with architects and disciplines, and serves as project manager for smaller projects.
