Own the privacy product roadmap and translate global privacy regulations into product requirements, user stories, and operational specifications. Manage backlogs, prioritization, and delivery of privacy initiatives while partnering with Legal, Product, Technology, Compliance, and Data teams. Support privacy-by-design practices and enable capabilities including data mapping, inventory management, consent management, data subject rights automation, and retention controls.

Provide high-level employment and corporate legal advice for Foot Locker at HQ; draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements; manage disputes and litigation; lead and oversee legal staff; manage outside counsel and budgets; build retail and finance knowledge to inform legal decisions and strategic priorities.

Own the strategy and development of audience and data products for monetization across channels. Lead audience segmentation, data access models, clean room strategy, partner integrations, privacy governance, measurement frameworks, and cross-functional alignment. Develop talent and build high-performing teams while partnering with data science, analytics, business, product, and technology stakeholders.
