Serve as a technical partner to sales and customer success teams, advising high-value customers on cloud infrastructure and AI/ML solutions. Responsibilities include architecture reviews, proofs of concept, demos, onboarding, technical workshops, infrastructure optimization, LLM deployment and fine-tuning, GPU workload optimization, AI application design, data pipeline and database integration, escalations, documentation, and development of tools for premium customers. Collaborate globally with Engineering, Product, Support, and account teams.

Lead and scale a Customer Success Engineering team supporting strategic cloud and AI/ML customers. Own 24x7 support operations, escalations, KPIs, and technical enablement across Kubernetes, databases, compute, GPUs and MLOps. Act as technical escalation for Sev1/Sev2 incidents, partner with TAMs and Product/Engineering, improve escalation runbooks and knowledge base, and drive automation and tooling to improve CSAT, response/resolution times, and support quality.

Assess product and feature security risks through threat modeling, secure architecture reviews, and vulnerability remediation guidance. Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers across the technology stack; promote security culture through training, mentoring, and internal security activities; oversee security debt and explain vulnerability impacts. Build security tooling, automate security practices, develop secure coding patterns, and integrate security tools into engineering workflows.

Lead design and implementation of secure global network infrastructure. Architect security standards, conduct threat modeling and network assessments, build security automation and tooling, integrate controls with SDN/BGP/MPLS platforms, support incident response, and mentor engineering teams to maintain resilient, observable network security posture.

Lead assessment and mitigation of security risks in the virtualization stack. Build threat models, rubrics, and defenses; partner with kernel, virtualization, and provisioning teams to design and implement mitigations; mentor engineers, manage vulnerability backlog, and promote security best practices across product teams.
