Supports and improves core business applications across retail, e-commerce, finance, and supply chain operations. Responsibilities include ERP, POS, EDI, and WMS support; incident triage; vendor coordination; interface monitoring; data reconciliation; master data updates; testing; documentation; and project execution support. The role investigates recurring issues, coordinates enhancements and deployments, supports users, and drives process improvements and system reliability.

Builds and analyzes sales, product performance, productivity, budget, forecast, market share, and KPI reports for wholesale and retail channels. The role monitors commercial performance, develops business recommendations, manages BI and POS tools, documents reporting procedures, supports business reviews, and leads performance-related projects. It partners with sales leadership and requires strong analytical, financial, communication, presentation, Excel, and organizational skills.

Lead the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly closing, quarterly reforecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, margin and inventory analysis, Opex and Capex oversight, KPI development, and strategic decision support. The role manages three FP&A managers, improves ERP and financial processes, ensures controls and policy compliance, partners with cross-functional teams and France headquarters, and supports executive planning and profitable growth.
