Own regional execution of the Candidate Travel Program, align regional delivery to global policies and SLAs, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, monitor workflows and performance, manage escalations, drive automation and reporting improvements, support capacity planning and business reviews, and coach regional program teams to ensure consistent candidate experience.

Provide comprehensive domestic and international corporate travel arrangements using corporate contracts and preferred suppliers. Lead cross-functional readiness for product launches by coordinating Engineering, Product, QA, operations, training, and partners. Lead client-facing technical implementations for travel customers: configure platforms (Avenir, GDS, booking tools), gather requirements, manage timelines, perform testing and QA, document configurations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and hand off to operations to ensure smooth onboarding and activation.
