Teams at Direct Travel

Own regional execution of the Candidate Travel Program, align regional delivery to global policies and SLAs, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, monitor workflows and performance, manage escalations, drive automation and reporting improvements, support capacity planning and business reviews, and coach regional program teams to ensure consistent candidate experience.

Lead and support a network of independent travel advisors across Luxury, Cruise, Contemporary, and Hosted Corporate & Entertainment communities. Build relationships, recruit and onboard advisors, coach for growth, collaborate cross-functionally, drive luxury sales initiatives, promote tools and partner programs, and track performance metrics.

Complete accurate, cost‑effective domestic and international travel arrangements using corporate contracts and preferred suppliers. Support multiple accounts, adhere to company procedures and client travel policies, provide first‑level customer and technical support, and attend trainings and staff meetings.
