The Senior Program Manager leads complex business transformation initiatives, managing project strategies, execution, and change management, while fostering cross-functional collaboration and aligning resources to achieve business outcomes.

Serve as primary client liaison for the forensics lab: schedule and host scoping calls, coordinate stakeholders (sales, PM, examiners), perform documentation and QC for forensic tickets, provide status updates, collect client feedback, and act as backup to the Forensics Operations Manager.
