Teams at Distributed Spectrum

Lead and scale DS's Programs function for defense-focused RF sensing and embedded AI systems. Own program execution end-to-end: requirements, schedules, budgets, risks, subcontractor coordination, customer communication, demonstrations, and capture/proposal inputs. Build lightweight program operating cadence, hire and mentor PM/TPM staff, and ensure alignment with technical roadmap and business strategy.

Lead operational efforts for deploying AI-driven RF sensors, build workflows for intelligence products, train teams, and liaise with senior officials.

Support field deployments, system setup, troubleshooting, and improve product workflow based on user feedback in defense technology.
