Advise on AI governance and compliance, monitor legal developments, support AI-related deals and due diligence, draft legal documents, assist litigation discovery and strategy, and build client relationships across firm teams.

Junior associate in a corporate energy practice supporting complex energy, infrastructure, and corporate transactions. Duties include legal research and writing, drafting and negotiating transactional documents, assisting with M&A, project finance, joint ventures, and closings, managing client communications, ensuring compliance, and participating in professional development and pro bono work. Hybrid role across U.S. offices with preference for San Diego or New York.
