Lead multidisciplinary mechanical engineering teams and multiple Justice + Civic projects, overseeing design quality, construction documents, budgets, schedules, deliverables, and client expectations. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, vendors, and owners; review interdisciplinary designs; guide staff on justice facility requirements; and support business development, RFPs, client interviews, and relationship management. Apply expertise in smoke control, mechanical and plumbing systems, security integration, facility operations, building codes, and sustainable design standards.

Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams delivering K-12 building designs, construction documents, technical reviews, schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, vendors, and consultants throughout project execution. Support sector growth through business planning, RFP responses, client interviews, relationship development, and business development initiatives. Guide engineering teams, represent the firm in client meetings, and advance sustainable design strategies aligned with AIA2030, MEP2040, and SE2050.

Lead business development for the NYC/Tri-State studio by identifying and qualifying leads, cultivating client relationships, developing a pipeline, coordinating proposals and RFQs, supporting marketing and sector strategies, attending industry events, maintaining CRM and BD reports, and collaborating with regional firm leaders to meet growth and fee targets.
