Contract People Operations Specialist supporting assigned client groups and acting as primary HR operational contact. Manage employee inquiries, run end-to-end lifecycle processes, maintain and audit HRIS data, support People program rollouts, and contribute to an HRIS data migration by cleaning, validating, and performing QA on employee records. Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Payroll.

Qualify and prospect Docker users for commercial licenses through outreach and qualification. Schedule discovery meetings, achieve quota for qualified prospects, respond to inbound inquiries, collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams, and provide customer feedback while developing sales skills and mentoring teammates.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to lead GTM FP&A: forecasting, headcount and Opex management, bookings/ARR metrics, quota and pipeline modeling, ROI/unit-economics analysis, compensation modeling, automation and AI-driven reporting, and board-level reporting. Build scalable analytics, AI-powered workflows, and drive monthly/quarterly planning and business reviews.
