Leads full-cycle recruiting for construction and office roles while providing HR generalist support across onboarding, HRIS reporting, payroll and benefits backup, employee relations, culture programs, and compliance. Builds talent pipelines, coordinates hiring and onboarding, supports leaders across multiple regions, maintains employee records, and contributes to diversity, engagement, and inclusive culture initiatives. Requires regular project-site visits and periodic travel between New York, New Orleans, and Salt Lake City.
