Manage a small team and external PR agency, deploy AI agents for monitoring and production, build influencer and partnership programs, own consumer communications and brand voice, and align cross-functionally to drive member acquisition and retention.

Lead the evolution of the consumer app experience, focusing on product vision, user experience, and collaboration across teams to enhance usability and performance.
