Serve as primary post-implementation point of contact for a portfolio of customers to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals and expansion; run business reviews, align SOW to deliveries, collect product feedback, and partner with Product, Sales, and Technical teams to demonstrate ROI.

As a Forward Deployed Product Manager, you will lead ERP implementation lifecycles, collaborate with clients on process mapping, and drive AI tooling initiatives throughout the project life cycle.
