Own Dots’ payout infrastructure product across developer APIs, customer dashboards, and payee experiences. Lead customer discovery, product strategy, roadmap prioritization, hands-on design, engineering collaboration, QA, launches, pricing, packaging, and product operations. As the first product hire, establish the company’s product processes and make decisions without an existing roadmap while partnering closely with founders and customers.

Support two founders by managing complex calendars, priorities, communications, follow-ups, travel, logistics, and meeting preparation. Coordinate domestic and international travel, off-sites, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and other people-operations processes. Handle confidential information, triage requests, ghostwrite communications, and take ownership of ad hoc operational projects in a fast-moving startup environment.

Manage customer onboarding, retention, growth, and support for B2B fintech customers. Own implementations from contract through first payout, maintain customer relationships, identify expansion opportunities, investigate technical payout issues, and lead full-time and contract support staff. Build customer success systems, health signals, escalation paths, and playbooks while communicating recurring customer problems and product opportunities to founders and engineering.
