Draft, review, and negotiate key documents, coordinate immigration matters with external counsel, act as ongoing outside counsel, and build trusted founder relationships while collaborating with cross-functional experts.

Serve as a fractional marketing leader for early-stage startups: define and execute go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, demand generation, product marketing, analytics, and growth programs. Collaborate with founders and other experts, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and balance strategic guidance with hands-on execution to drive measurable growth.
