Build, maintain, and improve responsive brand websites using Webflow or Wix Studio, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Translate approved designs into reusable components and manageable CMS structures, test accessibility, performance, forms, integrations, and user journeys, and resolve defects. Manage milestones, coordinate reviews and launches, document implementations, and support ongoing site maintenance and handoff.

Own social strategy and execution for short-form content across platforms. Collaborate with producers and talent to shape content, manage editors and the publishing calendar, run growth experiments, and report performance to iterate and optimize.

Coordinates business operations, executive support, project tracking, financial administration, contracts, bookings, scheduling, documentation, and follow-through for a creative studio. Maintains records, invoices, deal memos, task trackers, and workflows while supporting the CEO and leadership. The role requires accuracy, discretion, sound judgment, professional communication, and comfort with business administration tools. It begins part-time at approximately 25 hours per week, with potential for expanded responsibility.
