The Network Director of Learning Strategy and Operations oversees strategic and operational aspects of a K-12 Learning Team, ensuring alignment with DREAM's mission and enhancing student outcomes through collaboration, planning, and management of partnerships.

Design and deliver 45-minute enrichment lessons for PreK–8 students (arts, cultural, or STEM), culminating in projects or performances. Collaborate with Youth Workers and program leads, embed literacy, prepare materials, ensure student safety and positive participation, and follow health and safety protocols.

Design and deliver visual arts enrichment lesson series for PreK-8, collaborate with Youth Workers and program staff, embed literacy, prepare materials, ensure health and safety, model professional behavior, and culminate learning with projects or performances.
