Build reusable patterns, components, tokens, accessibility standards, and operating models to scale product quality across web, mobile, desktop, and AI experiences. Partner with product, engineering, research, brand, and leadership to drive adoption, governance, measurement, and high-fidelity front-end implementation while managing and developing a multidisciplinary team.

Lead global sales compensation, quota strategy, and incentive planning for Dropbox. Design governance, quota methodologies, and scalable incentive programs; partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and Systems; own incentive operations and Forma platform; drive quota planning, payout accuracy, and automation; build and mentor a high-performing compensation team while influencing executive decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

Lead Dropbox's unified media strategy across brand and performance. Own full media budget, channel mix, measurement, agency and in-house operating model, AI-enabled workflows, and team leadership. Partner with Growth, Sales, and Marketing Data Science to connect media to revenue through rigorous attribution, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling.
