The role also performs cosmetology services and helps drive retail, membership, productivity, and overall shop revenue.

Assists with shop operations while performing blowouts and hair styling. Supervises stylists and shift staff, supports training and employee development, manages inventory and supplies, monitors sales and labor metrics, promotes memberships and retail products, ensures policy and regulatory compliance, and resolves client and team-member issues. The role requires maintaining high service standards, completing blowouts within 45 minutes, and holding a valid state cosmetology license.
