Lead end-to-end product design for DualEntry's web and mobile ERP platform. Translate complex finance workflows into intuitive interfaces, build a scalable Figma component library, run user research, collaborate with product and engineering to ship quickly, and mentor other designers while shaping design culture.

Provide high-touch executive support to the CEO and founders: manage scheduling and communication, drive internal coordination, anticipate leadership needs, handle investor/customer/partner outreach, support HR ops and onboarding, build scalable operational systems, and solve cross-functional operational problems to increase founder leverage and company execution velocity.

Build automation-driven partner funnels, co-marketing, dashboards, and experiments to drive revenue and lead flow. Lead end-to-end UI/UX for DualEntry's web and mobile platform. Translate complex accounting workflows into clean interfaces, build a scalable Figma component library, conduct user research, and collaborate with product and engineering to ship fast and iterate frequently.

Lead DualEntry's end-to-end financial strategy, including FP&A, accounting, audit, tax, investor and board reporting, financial systems and controls. Partner with GTM, Product, and Engineering on pricing, resource allocation, and headcount planning. Build the finance team, drive fundraising and capital strategy, and evaluate M&A and strategic opportunities to scale the business.

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for multiple features, translate complex accounting workflows into simple requirements, define roadmap and strategy, collaborate with design and engineering, ensure product reliability and usability, and align with GTM, sales, and internal processes to ship quickly.

Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, maintain HRIS and payroll data accuracy, develop HR policies and communications, resolve employee relations, coordinate payroll with Finance, and support hiring logistics and interview scheduling to scale people programs and employee experience.

Own and produce accountant- and developer-facing documentation across reference, tutorials, how-tos and API docs. Set documentation standards, maintain docs toolchain and release notes, collaborate with product, engineering and customer success, identify content gaps, and provide hands-on customer guidance and training.

Lead the full accounting function: month-end close, reconciliations, GAAP-compliant reporting, and audit readiness. Build financial infrastructure (chart of accounts, policies, controls), own budgeting/forecasting and board reporting, translate financials into business insights, partner with leadership, and hire and develop a small accounting team.

Build and scale the Customer Experience function end-to-end for ERP implementations: hire and lead a large CX and support team, own onboarding, go-live, and post-live support, define implementation methodologies, collaborate with product and engineering, and personally lead implementations as needed.
