The Customer Strategy & Operations Manager will support NP practices through onboarding and growth, leveraging analytics for insights and improving operational success.

Lead partnerships with health plans, manage negotiation and implementation, develop strategies for value-based care, and represent Duet at events.

The Chief of Staff will support the CEO and leadership team, manage stakeholder relationships, build content and communicate data-driven insights, and drive organization within the team. They will also lead special projects and help in recruiting and team culture initiatives.

Lead technical vision and architecture for data-intensive healthcare products. Build backend systems, data pipelines, and customer-facing interfaces. Turn manual services into self-serve software, hire and mentor engineers, ensure reliability, testing, and production readiness, and scale the engineering organization.

Own full-cycle recruiting and people operations for a growing startup: manage ATS/HRIS, PEO onboarding, employee relations, performance support, NYC office operations, and culture programs. Drive hiring strategy, candidate experience, and logistical execution for events and office management.

Partner with a portfolio of Nurse Practitioner practices to support onboarding, drive platform adoption, monitor performance, resolve issues, and coordinate cross-functionally. Conduct regular check-ins, prepare data-driven reports and materials for reviews, execute playbooks, and escalate complex issues to senior teammates. Focus on relationship-building, operational excellence, and helping practices grow.

Lead FP&A for a growing healthcare startup: own budgeting and reforecast cycles, build revenue/headcount/expense models, deliver monthly reporting and variance analysis, support strategic planning, investor/board materials, evaluate FP&A tools, and manage multi-entity cash flow systems while partnering with department heads and external accounting resources.

Manage day-to-day revenue cycle health for a portfolio of NP practices: monitor KPIs (denials, A/R aging, claim lag), resolve billing issues end-to-end, advise practices on payer/coding/compliance, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and drive process improvements and playbook development.

Own full-cycle partnership sales to independent nurse practitioner (NP) practice owners: source and qualify leads, lead discovery, use analytics to build proposals, manage deals through contract, represent Duet at events, and feed market insights to product and clinical teams to build repeatable GTM motion.
