Teams at Duet

Design, build, and maintain customer-facing products and backend systems for configurable workflows, automation, and clinic operations. Translate manual services into scalable software, develop reusable primitives, write tests, debug production issues, improve reliability, influence architecture, and mentor engineers. The role is backend-focused with full-stack responsibilities and close collaboration with product and operations.

Own the 0-to-1 productization of Duet’s new clinic launch experience. Shadow operational teams, identify launch bottlenecks, prioritize the product roadmap, run patient acquisition experiments, and build practice-facing workflows, automation, and cohort experiences. Partner closely with engineers to ship and iterate, measure launch speed, acquisition economics, automation, and NP satisfaction, then transition stable capabilities to the core product team.

Lead partnerships with health plans, manage negotiation and implementation, develop strategies for value-based care, and represent Duet at events.
