Leads the US Infrastructure Debt Fund CFO team and oversees fund accounting, financial reporting, governance, controls, investor deliverables, liquidity, and capital planning. Manages fund structures, service providers, audits, tax reporting, regulatory requirements, fund launches, financing activities, and complex transactions. Partners with investment, legal, tax, compliance, operations, and investor relations teams while driving process, technology, and operational improvements.

Lead design, structuring, and launch of U.S. alternatives products (real estate, infrastructure, private credit). Manage approvals, stakeholder coordination (legal, tax, ops, risk, sales), drive product strategy and innovation, maintain product pipeline reporting, and support global product development and ad-hoc initiatives.

Support coverage and distribution of liquid equity strategies across retail, institutional and insurance channels. Prepare sales collateral and competitive analysis, support new strategy development and positioning, and coordinate with portfolio management, sales, product management and marketing to drive product initiatives and client engagement.
