Teams at DWS Group

Supports senior relationship managers and represents DWS to financial intermediary partners. Develops strategic business plans, supports distribution efforts, collaborates with internal stakeholders, drives market share and visibility, informs product and platform development, grows existing assets, and analyzes advisor data. Requires client-facing account management or distribution experience, financial industry licenses, strong presentation skills, and some travel.

Supports the Investments business unit through revenue and expense analysis, monthly close oversight, balance sheet substantiation, forecasting, financial controls, transfer pricing review, and reporting for fund boards. The role oversees offshore accounting support, ensures IFRS and GAAP compliance, liaises with auditors, analyzes profitability, presents insights to senior management, and identifies AI use cases.

Develops and maintains relationships with financial advisors in the Western RIA market. Distributes active, passive, and alternative investment solutions, delivers DWS’s value proposition, generates referrals and client access, and partners with internal specialists and sales resources to achieve targets across multiple product lines.
