Serves as strategic partner to the President of Seramount, leading executive preparation, strategic prioritization, cross-functional initiatives, leadership operating rhythms, decision support, communications, organizational change, AI adoption, and employee engagement. The role translates strategy into coordinated execution, facilitates leadership decisions, and ensures commitments are completed across the organization.

Writes and revises original copy for partner institutions’ mail and online enrollment marketing campaigns. Incorporates feedback, contributes to client and recruitment marketing discussions, collaborates with art, web design, and account teams, supports overflow work, and adapts to changing systems and processes. The temporary role lasts approximately four months and requires managing multiple deadlines, meeting tight timelines, and occasional late or weekend work.

Writes and revises original copy for education-sector clients across mail and online recruitment marketing campaigns. Participates in client and team discussions, incorporates feedback, supports special projects and overflow work, and collaborates with art directors, web designers, and account teams. Requires professional writing experience, the ability to follow prescribed styles, manage multiple deadlines, adapt to changing systems, and work occasional late hours or weekends. This is a temporary position lasting approximately four months.
