Own the end-to-end product surface for an AI-native engineering platform, including interaction design, prototyping, production frontend development, and design system ownership. Work directly with the CTO and engineering-firm users to define trustworthy AI interaction patterns involving streaming, human review, provenance, citations, and agent transparency. Contribute to product strategy, acquisitions, architecture decisions, user research, and rapid experimentation.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll develop platform solutions, collaborate with the CTO, and engage with engineering staff to improve workflows using AI tools.

As an Applied AI Engineer, you will collaborate with engineering firms, building AI tools, owning the development process from problem discovery to deployment, and shaping company culture and product strategy.
