Provides technical pre-sales support for mission-critical radio communications systems serving public safety, industrial, transportation, and utility markets. Designs integrated P25, DMR, LTE/FirstNet, microwave, dispatch, and IP networking solutions; prepares quotations, BOMs, drawings, RF studies, and RFP responses. Advises channel partners, delivers demonstrations and technical training, supports sales strategies, and researches communications technologies and vendor products. The role is remote in the Eastern or Central time zones with approximately 25% travel.

Serve as first-line customer contact to process purchase orders, generate quotes, procure from vendors, and manage repairs/returns. Maintain ERP data, collaborate with sales and operations to resolve product issues, revise orders, prepare POs, and coordinate billing/credit memos while delivering timely customer service.

Design, develop, test, and oversee Land Mobile Radio wireless communications systems for public safety, transportation, and utility customers. Produce design documentation, test plans, and integration/configuration work. Provide technical oversight to subcontractors, manage equipment selection and installations, and collaborate with project managers and network engineers through full project lifecycle, including factory and on-site validation and optimization.
