Founding platform engineering role to architect, build, and operate core platform systems (billing, integrations, Kubernetes/cloud infra, CI/CD, AI/LLM platform, observability). Own platform roadmap, mentor engineers, lead cross-team architecture, and diagnose/resolve production issues while establishing the Platform Engineering function.

Lead design of EasyLlama's multi-product platform experiences, translating complex AI-driven architecture into intuitive systems. Define interaction models, embed trustworthy AI workflows, own design systems, run experiments with product and data teams, and drive measurable improvements in activation, engagement, retention, and expansion.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will manage escalated technical issues, troubleshoot integrations, and coordinate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective onboarding.
