Onsite HR Coordinator supporting recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee relations, HRIS recordkeeping, training setup, benefits promotion, exit interviews, compliance, and HR metrics analysis under the HR Generalist.

Provide timely meal and beverage delivery, clear and reset tables, maintain cleanliness, assist servers, and support a high-quality dining experience in a fast-paced restaurant.

Manage store-level HR across recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance management and terminations. Partner with HRBP to deploy people strategy, run hiring events, train managers on ATS, ensure compliance, analyze exit interviews, and support HR metrics and reporting.

Manage and audit weekly payroll for multiple US and Canada locations, resolve discrepancies, process adjustments and manual checks, generate reports, handle garnishments, ensure compliance, and improve payroll processes in collaboration with Dayforce Managed Team.

As a Table Support Team Member, you will ensure a high-quality dining experience by delivering meals promptly, maintaining table cleanliness, and assisting servers as needed.

Assist guests with cheese selection, weigh/label/package and prepare products, maintain displays and refrigerators using FIFO, clean workstations, rotate stock, and report low supplies. Provide product knowledge and operate commercial equipment while meeting physical demands and flexible scheduling.

Lead and supervise Front End cashiers to ensure efficient checkout and excellent guest experience. Handle advanced cashiering, settle daily cash/credit transactions, prepare deposits, manage cash recycling and currency orders, order front-end supplies, document and resolve incidents, and train/mentor staff. Support management with reporting and operational duties.

Lead day-to-day operations of the Salumi and Formaggi department, supervising and training staff, managing inventory and production schedules, ensuring quality and safety standards, coordinating orders with kitchens/restaurants, analyzing financials to improve profitability, assisting guests with product selection, and performing food preparation and packaging tasks.
