Onsite HR Coordinator supporting recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee relations, HRIS recordkeeping, training setup, benefits promotion, exit interviews, compliance, and HR metrics analysis under the HR Generalist.

Provide timely meal and beverage delivery, clear and reset tables, maintain cleanliness, assist servers, and support a high-quality dining experience in a fast-paced restaurant.

Manage store-level HR across recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance management and terminations. Partner with HRBP to deploy people strategy, run hiring events, train managers on ATS, ensure compliance, analyze exit interviews, and support HR metrics and reporting.
