Lead the Offers CRM Communications portfolio: set vision and roadmap, design lifecycle communications across email/push/in-app, partner with engineering and data teams to improve signals, personalization, trigger logic, experimentation, and measurement, and mentor PMs to drive conversion and marketplace health.

The role involves developing scalable backend services using Python, optimizing performance, integrating AI features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
