Develops, codes, tests, deploys, schedules, and analyzes high-volume email campaigns across multiple brands and marketing platforms. Creates responsive HTML/CSS templates using Liquid or AMPscript, dynamic personalization, segmentation, data integrations, and journey logic. Performs QA, troubleshooting, campaign coordination, and performance analysis while collaborating with marketing, merchandising, product, analytics, and account teams. Provides technical guidance, conducts code reviews, and mentors others on email development standards.

Designs, operates, and improves secure multi-account AWS infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, containerized workloads, monitoring, observability, and cloud security controls. Troubleshoots issues across the software delivery and runtime stack, documents operational standards, mentors engineers, and supports technical readiness reviews. The role also contributes to automation, reliability, and potentially generative AI infrastructure and developer workflows.
