Leads and scales eCapital’s Business Development team, developing growth strategies, strategic partnerships, referral networks, and revenue opportunities. The role manages team performance, builds relationships with brokers and financial partners, collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Credit, and Risk, and monitors pipeline and revenue metrics. Success requires extensive business development leadership experience and knowledge of financial services, specialty finance, factoring, asset-based lending, or related industries.

Oversees client account portfolios, making daily funding decisions, monitoring collateral and borrowing-base compliance, assessing credit and operational risks, and ensuring adherence to approved terms. The role engages clients, supports workouts and restructures, prepares portfolio risk reporting, guides collateral and operations teams, and identifies performance trends, process improvements, and emerging risks across asset-based lending and commercial finance portfolios.

Own the technical strategy and execution of strategic partner integrations. Design, build, support, and govern secure integrations with transportation management systems, load boards, financial data providers, and other partners. Lead technical onboarding, translate business requirements into solutions, troubleshoot performance issues, document architectures and data flows, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Partnerships. Mentor team members and provide technical expertise during partner and client engagements.
