Tracks performance, reports results, identifies risks, and keeps multiple campaigns aligned with deadlines and stakeholder needs.

Lead customer implementations of the Deacom ERP platform from requirements gathering through go-live. Responsibilities include process reviews, fit-gap analysis, system configuration, solution design, testing, data migration guidance, user acceptance testing, reporting, KPI improvement, and ongoing consulting. The role serves as the primary customer resource, presents complex concepts clearly, and travels throughout the U.S. and Canada approximately 25% of the time, potentially reaching 50% during key project phases.
