Lead architecture, optimization, and scaling of mission-critical transactional and analytical databases. Diagnose performance issues, implement HA/DR and backup strategies, drive cross-team migrations and modernization, build automation and tooling, enforce data governance and security, and mentor engineering teams to improve reliability and developer experience.

Lead balance sheet forecasting, maintain long-term integrated financial model, and own the thirteen-week direct cash flow forecast. Produce monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for management and ownership, monitor covenant compliance, translate P&L drivers into GAAP-compliant balance sheet and cash flow projections, and partner cross-functionally to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency.

Lead two senior accountants overseeing fixed assets, parts inventory, prepaid expenses, and accruals. Manage monthly close, improve manual Oracle workflows, partner with FP&A and operations, support audits, and integrate Canadian accounting as the business expands.
