Lead early-stage development of energy infrastructure, retrofit, and decarbonization projects. Partner with clients and business development teams to identify needs, conduct site assessments, review drawings, evaluate HVAC, electrical, and controls systems, perform technical analyses, and develop compelling project concepts and proposals. Guide projects from initial concept through contract while building stakeholder relationships and providing trusted technical advice.

The Design Engineer will manage MEP and HVAC design processes for projects, ensuring energy efficiency and user satisfaction from concept to completion, while mentoring juniors and collaborating with teams.
