Build ECP’s platform organization and AI foundation, including agent tool surfaces, retrieval and context layers, model-serving paths, evaluation systems, and customer-facing agent workflows. Own shared identity, data, messaging, and event-driven services used across teams. Establish reliable interfaces between legacy ColdFusion and newer services, implement contract testing, optimize data performance, and support production systems handling governed clinical data in a multi-tenant HIPAA SaaS environment.

Lead strategic relationship-building with senior living investors, operators, and technology partners. Grow capital partnerships, expand the integration partner marketplace, and plan industry events to drive customer acquisition, partner value, and market presence.

Build and migrate clinical workflows from ColdFusion and AngularJS to a Node, React, and TypeScript platform on AWS. Own clinical domains end to end, including data modeling, automated testing, production deployment, and on-call support. Collaborate closely with product, apply AI-assisted development responsibly, improve query performance in a tenant-based SQL Server architecture, and deliver new capabilities for caregivers in a regulated healthcare-related environment.
