Support and execute day-to-day client communications across media, digital, policy, and stakeholder channels. Manage deliverables, draft client materials, coordinate logistics, engage journalists and influencers, monitor coverage, conduct research, synthesize insights, and collaborate across teams while developing strategic thinking and client-facing skills.

Manage billing, financial analysis, and reporting for projects and smaller clients. Support client finance partners, run financial queries, ensure timely invoicing, reconcile fees, assist with billing reviews, aged receivables, purchase orders, time and expense tracking, and update client budget trackers.

Lead program delivery for a client portfolio, oversee project managers, define scopes and budgets, implement PM best practices and tools, manage financial health and staffing forecasts, mitigate risks, drive client discussions, and mentor PM team members to ensure high-quality, timely execution of integrated programs.
