Provides high-level administrative and search coordination support to consultants, including complex calendar management, meeting and travel coordination, expense processing, confidential correspondence, database maintenance, client and candidate liaison duties, and deliverable preparation. The role also supports business development, billing, marketing materials, office operations, and ad hoc projects while managing competing priorities and strict deadlines.
