Own Eisen’s finance function end to end, including financial modeling, forecasting, monthly close, reporting, revenue recognition, collections, budgeting, vendor spend, cash management, tax, compliance, and financial controls. Build scalable finance systems as the company grows, prepare board and investor materials, and advise the CEO and leadership team. This hands-on role begins as a team of one and requires experience in venture-backed technology companies and regulated environments.

Lead and scale the engineering organization from 10 to 30 employees. Own hiring, management, onboarding, culture, delivery, technical direction, architecture, quality, reliability, and engineering standards. Partner with Product, Design, Compliance, Security, Sales, and Operations to ship compliant, secure, reliable systems. Coach engineers, develop leaders, maintain accountability, and contribute hands-on when needed in a high-stakes regulated environment.

Build and operate core backend systems and integrations for a fintech offboarding platform. Design scalable APIs, integration frameworks, and cloud infrastructure; improve reliability, observability, and CI/CD; partner with product and engineering to launch services and securely integrate third-party providers.
