Teams at ElevenLabs

Lead the launch of ElevenLabs voice and audio AI solutions in a new market. Build and manage a team of forward-deployed engineers, engage strategic customers and executives, identify use cases, architect bespoke integrations, deliver demos, and oversee major implementations. The role combines technical prototyping, customer consulting, commercial strategy, team leadership, and collaboration with Research and Product teams to improve AI products and expand adoption.

Own and grow social content across ElevenLabs and ElevenCreative brands, including X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Discord. Plan calendars, capture and edit product content, write platform-native copy, manage communities, support launches and creator campaigns, monitor analytics, and refine strategy based on performance. The role requires strong knowledge of AI and creative tools, social trends, lightweight video production, and cross-functional content coordination.

Build and maintain frontend-leaning, full-stack Creative and Studio products using React and Next.js. Develop AI interfaces, UX/UI workflows, proof-of-concept products, integrations, and end-to-end features. Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Growth, and Sales; iterate based on user feedback; maintain scalable, secure infrastructure; process large datasets; and mentor less experienced engineers. The role emphasizes strong portfolio work and demonstrated software engineering ability rather than formal degrees or certifications.
