The Interim Sr. Manager, R&D will lead technical activities for formula transfer and development, ensuring compliance and managing supplier relations for personal care products.

Provide day-to-day operational support for e.l.f.'s digital commerce channels (Web, App, TikTok Shop). Execute promotions and digital merchandising, monitor inventory and launch readiness, support subscription programs, assist reporting and data QA, and coordinate cross-functional issue resolution to ensure timely, accurate activations and strong channel performance.

Lead global go-to-market strategy and execution for product and campaign launches; partner cross-functionally to translate brand and product strategy into creative campaigns; manage budgets, launch playbooks, performance analysis, and stakeholder alignment to drive brand growth and ROI worldwide.
