Leads integrated marketing communications for e.l.f. Hair across social, influencer, PR, community, commerce, experiential, and agencies. Owns social strategy, creator partnerships, content calendars, cultural initiatives, earned media, events, and activations. Uses consumer insights, platform behavior, and campaign analytics to optimize performance, grow communities, build brand relevance, and drive measurable business results.

Owns Naturium’s commercial and sales FP&A function, partnering with Sales and senior Finance leadership on retail and connected-commerce planning. Responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, financial modeling, performance management, visual merchandising investment planning, cross-functional collaboration, and improving FP&A processes in a fast-growing organization.

Owns the enterprise technology ecosystem supporting HR and Legal, including BambooHR stabilization, HCM strategy, legal technology, integrations, governance, SaaS lifecycle management, AI and automation initiatives. Partners with functional and technology leaders to translate business needs into scalable roadmaps, improve data and system integrity, manage vendors, and oversee application health, security, supportability, and continuous improvement.
