Provide high-level customer service and sales support by preparing quotes and orders, coordinating with vendors, maintaining records, managing small-to-mid projects, organizing floor plans, tracking COIs, assisting installations and punch lists, creating reports, invoicing post-installation, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Develop product strategies and BOM-based specifications to improve pricing competitiveness and gross profit. Support RFP responses and client standards by recommending strategic product substitutions, producing cost estimates, creating visuals and presentation materials, and collaborating with Sales, Design, and Operations to enable accurate pricing and efficient decision-making.

Serve as a strategic advisor managing client accounts, developing furniture and ancillary solutions, leading presentations, value-engineering awarded projects, strengthening manufacturer relationships, mentoring junior staff, and supporting sales growth and project execution across cross-functional teams.

Serve as primary client contact for Long Island accounts, managing relationships, forecasts, and vendor negotiations while designing workplace and furniture solutions using CET and AutoCAD. Coordinate projects from concept through installation, perform site visits and field measurements, prepare specifications and documentation, support value engineering and budgets, and mentor junior staff to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.

Produce AI-generated product imagery and presentation-ready visualizations; craft and refine AI-written content for proposals, RFPs, and marketing; build prompt frameworks and scalable workflows; collaborate with Sales, Design, Marketing, and RFP teams to prioritize and deliver on content requests while ensuring brand alignment.

Lead design and execution of talent management programs including performance management, succession planning, development and upskilling; support full-cycle recruiting, standardize hiring practices, coach managers on retention and career development, analyze talent metrics, and optimize HRIS and talent tools to drive people strategy and organizational capability.

Manage client relationships and sales cycle for commercial furniture accounts. Provide solutions, value engineering, forecasts, negotiate with vendors, coordinate with internal teams, conduct on-site meetings/measurements, mentor junior staff, and drive profitability through strategic account planning.

Provide commercial furniture dealership design services including programming, space planning, drawings/specs (CET/AutoCAD), 3D renderings, finish/sample boards, client meetings, field verification, installation documents, and coordination with sales and manufacturers.

Provide customer service, sales support, and project coordination for walls projects from quote through installation and closeout. Manage quotes, orders, vendor acknowledgements, installation coordination, invoicing, punch lists, and client communication while partnering with sales, vendors, operations, and clients to maintain timelines and deliverables.

Deliver hospitality-driven interior design from concept through installation for multifamily, senior living, student housing, and amenity-driven commercial projects. Develop FF&E solutions, finish palettes, material boards, space plans, renderings, specifications, and pricing. Coordinate with sales, project management, procurement, and manufacturer partners; attend client meetings and ensure design intent is executed on budget and schedule. Contribute to the Creative Studio library and stay current on trends and standards.

Manage commercial furniture projects from budgeting through closeout, overseeing FFE delivery, installation, site verification, schedules, punch lists, and vendor/trade coordination. Serve as primary client contact, attend project meetings, review product quality, interpret construction drawings, and ensure timely, on-budget project completion.
